Custard Burfi

Ingredients:

1.Milk
2.Sugar
3.Custard powder
4.Cherries
5.Cashews
6.Almonds
7.Tutti Frutti
8.Ghee

Preparation:

1.Heat 4 cup of milk by adding 1 cup of sugar and stir well.
2.Meanwhile dissolve 1 cup custard powder in 1 cup of milk without any lumps.
3.Now add this dissolved custard to boiling milk and mix well.Cook on medium heat.Cook till mixture becomes thick and soft.
4.Grease a plate with some ghee allover,keep stirring the mixture continuously without any lump formation.
5.Once done transfer the mixture into greased plate,refrigerate for 1 hour and serve.
