Mutton Bones Rasam

Ingredients:

1.Mutton bones
2.Pepper
3.Red chillies
4.Coriander seeds
5.Cumin seeds
6.Fennel seeds
7.Ginger
8.Garlic
9.Shallots
10.Curry leaves
11.Pudina
12.Coriander leaves
13.Tomatoes
14.Salt to taste

Preparation:

1.Pressure cook or boil mutton bones in a pan,keep boiling the mutton till its tender.
2.Dry roast red chillies,pepper,coriander seeds,cumin seeds for few minutes till nice aroma.
3.Now blend the ingredients along with shallots,ginger,garlic and make a coarse paste.
4.Now add some curry leaves,pudina,coriander leaves,tomatoes,salt,ground masala paste to the boiling mutton and mix well.
5.Cover and cook for 15 min till done.Serve hot with Hot rice.
