Cabbage Vatana Curry

Ingredients:

1.Cabbage
2.Peas soaked and boiled
3.Oil
4.Cumin seeds
5.Tomatoes
6.Garlic chopped
7.Ginger chopped
8.Onion chopped
9.Salt to taste
10.Green chillies
11.Chana masala powder
12.Potatoes
13.Coriander leaves

Preparation:

1.Heat some oil in a pan,add cumin seeds,garlic,ginger,onions,salt and saute till light brown colour.
2.Add green chillies,peas,chana masala powder and mix well,add some water and stir well.Cover and cook for 2 min.
3.Add shredded cabbage,boiled potatoes,tomatoes,coriander leaves and mix well.Cover and cook for 3 min till done.Serve hot with chapathis or phulkas.
