2.Bombay ravva
4.Cardamom powder
5.Cashew nuts
7.Icing cream


1.Heat some ghee in a pan,add bombay ravva nad saute for few minutes without any lumps.
2.Add milk 2 cups,water 1 cup and bring it to boil,keep stirring the mixture.
3.Add grated carrot,sugar and saute,mix well till sugar melts evenly.
4.Keep stirring the mixture,Switch off the flame,add fried cashew nuts,cardamom powder.
5.Grease ghee to a plate,spread the mixture evenly all over the plate,transfer mixture into 2 separate plates.
6.Refrigerate the mixture for about 10 minutes,once done de mould carrot mixture.
7.Apply icing mixture and place another carrot sheet,on top apply green coloured mixture,Garnish with cherry and enjoy.
