2.Turmeric powder
3.Onions slices
5.Salt to taste
7.Kadhai masala powder
8.Green chillies
9.Red chilli powder
10.Ginger juliennes
11.Coriander leaves
12.Pudina leaves


1.Heat some oil in a pan,add mutton pieces and fry,add turmeric powder,onion slices,tomatoes and mix well.Cover and cook for 45 minutes till onions and tomatoes are mashed.
2.Add salt,curd,kadaai masala powder and mix well,add green chillies,red chillies,ginger juliennes,coriander,pudina leaves and mix well.
3.Cover and cook for 2-3 minutes on medium flame till oil floats on top.Serve hot.
