Samosa(Atukulu)

Ingredients:

1.Atukulu
2.Spring onions
3.Onions
4.Wheat flour
5.Maida
6.Coriander leaves
7.Pudina
8.Ginger garlic paste
9.Green chillies
10.Carrot
11.Cumin seeds
12.Red chilli powder
13.Lemon juice
14.Salt to taste
15.Oil for deep frying
16.Tomato sauce

Preparation:

1.Combine wheat flour,maida and mix well with water,prepare a smooth dough and rest aside for few minutes.
2.Heat some oil in a pan,add atukulu and saute for few minutes,now add spring onions,carrot,green chillies,cumin seeds,ginger garlic paste,curry leaves and mix well all the ingredients.
3.Add red chilli powder,salt,coriander,pudina and mix well.Add lemon juice and saute.
4.Prepare dough balls and roll them into small puris,prepare a cone shape and stuff atukulu mixture and grease the edges with maida batter and stick firmly.
5.Repeat the same process for other samosas and deep fry till nice golden colour and serve hot.
