Paneer Satay with Peanut Sauce

Ingredients:

1.Paneer
2.Coriander roots
3.Coconut milk
4.Curry powder
5.Green chillies
6.Garlic
7.Ginger
8.Jaggery
9.Lemon grass
10.Lemon juice
11.Lime leaves
12.Peanut paste
13.Red chilli paste
14.Salt to taste
15.Soya sauce
16.Galangal

Preparation:

1.Take coriander roots, green chilly, lemon grass, lime leaves, galangal and garlic, put all these in the blender and make a paste, then drain in a strainer, pressing to extract the juice.
2.Take a bowl add coconut milk, red chilly paste, curry powder, peanut paste, salt, soya sauce, jaggery, lime juice, mix this well.
3.Add this mixture to extracted juice and mix it well.

First marinate the paneer strips and insert the paneer strips on to skewers and keep it a side.
5.Heat oil in a griddle and fry the satay sticks on all sides till golden brown.
Serve this with peanut sauce.
