Paneer Pepper Butter Masala


5.Ginger chopped
6.Garlic chopped
7.Dried red chillies
8.Red capsicum
9.Kasoori methi (Fenugreek leaves)
10.Tomatoes chopped
11.Salt to taste
13.Curry powder
14.Fresh Cream


1.Heat some oil in a pan,add onions,ginger,garlic,dried red chillies,capsicum,tomatoes,kasoori methi,salt and saute for 5 minutes till soft and tender.
2.Cover and cook,now blend the mixture into a smooth paste.
3.Melt some butter in a pan,add curry powder and saute for few seconds,now add ground paste to the frying pan and mix well.
4.Add some water as required and saute,cover and cook till raw flavors are all gone.
5.When mixture comes to boil,add paneer and cook for a minute.Now add some gravy to fresh cream and mix well.
6.Add cream to the boiling pan and mix well.Cook for a minute,serve hot.
