Ingredients:

1.Jowar flour
2.Cauliflower
3.Besan flour
4.Rice flour
5.Salt to taste
6.Red chilli powder
7.Cumin powder
8.Ghee
9.Oil for deep frying

Preparation:

1.Boil some water in a pan,add cauliflower,salt and bring it to boil for 5 min.
2.Meanwhile take a bowl add jowar flour,rice flour,besan flour,salt,red chilli powder,cumin powder,ghee and mix well all the ingredients with water,prepare thick pakodi batter.
3.Add boiled cauliflower pieces to the batter,heat sufficient oil for deep frying.
4.Drop cauliflower pieces in hot oil like pakodas and deep fry till nice golden colour and crisp.Serve hot.
