Kadhai Chicken

Ingredients:

1.Chicken
2.Red chillies
3.Cumin seeds
4.Onions
5.Salt to taste
6.Turmeric powder
7.Ginger garlic paste
8.Kadai masala powder
9.Capsicum
10.Red chilli powder
11.Red chilli paste
12.Fresh cream
13.Kasoori methi
14.Coriander leaves

Preparation:

1.Take a pan pour some oil and heat it,add dried red chillies,cumin seeds,onions,salt,turmeric powder and saute till nice golden colour.
2.Add ginger garlic paste and cook till raw flavour is all gone.
3.Add chicken pieces and mix well,cover and cook occasionally.After 10 minutes add kadai masala,red chilli powder,red chilli paste and mix well.
4.Cover and cook for another few minutes.Add tomato puree and give it a good mix.Cook for another 7-10 min without covering a lid.
5.Add capsicum,onions and saute for a minute.In a bowl add fresh cream,gravy and mix well.Add this mixture in the curry to avoid curdling.
6.Crush some kasoori methi,coriander leaves,remaining kadai masala and give it a good mix.Switch off the flame and serve hot..!!!
