Veggie Pops

Ingredients:

1.Beans
2.Carrot
3.Green peas
4.Cauliflower
5.Corn
6.Salt to taste
7.Oregano and thyme powder
8.Spinach shredded
9.Bombay ravva
10.Curry powder
11.Maida
12.Bread powder
13.Oil for deep frying

Preparation:

1.Take a pan pour some oil and add above said veggies and saute for few minutes.
2.Add oregano and thyme herbs,pepper powder,spinach and mix well.Cook for a minute.
3.Add 1 cup hot water,bombay ravva 1/2 cup and mix well,cook until it attains dough consistency.
4.Sprinkle
some curry powder,cover and cook for 3-4 minutes.Switch of the flame
and sprinkle some all purpose flour so that it absorbs excess moisture
from the mixture.
5.Now prepare small dough balls with the mixture and keep aside,combine bread powder,all purpose flour and coat the dumplings.
6.Dip
the coated dumplings in hot water for 3 times and finally coat them
with bread powder.Gently drop them in hot oil and deep fry till nice
golden colour.Serve hot.
