Ingredients:

1.Sagoo
2.Rice flour
3.Urad dal
4.Green chillies
5.Onions
6.Ginger garlic paste
7.Cumin seeds
8.Salt to taste
9.Curry leaves
10.Oil for deep frying

Preparation:

1.Take a bowl add rice flour,urad dal batter,soaked sagoo,green chillies,cumin seeds,onions,curry leaves,salt and mix well all the ingredients evenly with some water.
2.Heat sufficient oil for deep frying,prepare vadas on a wet cloth with urad mixture and gently drop them in hot oil and deep fry till nice golden colour.Serve hot.
