Kashmiri Mutton Curry


2.Garlic cloves
3.Ginger powder
4.Fennel seeds powder
5.Salt to taste
6.Whole garam masala (Mace,Cloves,Cinnamon,Cardamom)
9.Brown onion paste
10.Pepper powder


1.Take a pour some required amount of water,add mutton pieces,crushed garlic,ginger powder,fennel powder,salt,whole garam masala and stir well.
2.Cover and cook for few minutes till mutton is tender and soft.
3.Meanwhile heat some milk with some crushed cardamoms and bring it to boil until its half the quantity.
4.Take another pan add some ghee and melt it,add fried brown onion paste and saute it well.
5.Cook for few minutes and add cooked mutton,pepper powder and mix well.
6.Cover and cook for few minutes till flavours infuse in the mutton.
7.After 3-4 minutes add some salt,boiled milk,mutton stock and mix it well.Cook until it attains thick consistency till done.Serve hot with rice.
