Ingredients:

1.Curd (Yogurt) 2 cups
2.Condensed milk 1/2 cup
3.Mango pulp 1 cup
4.Mango essence 1/2 tbsp
5.Chironji 1/2 tbsp
6.Saffron strands

Preparation:

1.Put curd in muslin cloth,tie it up and hang it over a bowl and keep in refrigerator till excess water drains out.
2.Transfer the thick yogurt in a bowl,add mango pulp and mix well,condensed milk,mango essence and mix well.
3.Again transfer the mixture into a muslin cloth and squeeze out well into a clean bowl.Transfer into a serving bowl and garnish with chironji and saffron strands.Serve chilled.
