Saggubiyyam Lollipops

Ingredients:

1.Saggubiyyam soaked in buttermilk for 6 hours
2.Potato boiled and mashed
3.Buttermilk
4.Coriander leaves
5.Pudina leaves
6.Cumin seeds
7.Green chillies
8.Salt to taste
9.Oil for deep frying

Preparation:

1.Take a deep bowl add soaked sagoo,add mashed potato,salt,coriander leaves,cumin seeds,green chillies,pudina,curry leaves and mix well all the ingredients evenly.
2.Meanwhile heat sufficient oil for deep frying.
3.Now press the sagoo mixture to the ice cream stick and pat it gently.Repeat the same process for other sticks.
4.Gently drop them in hot oil and deep fry till nice golden colour,fry evenly on all sides and serve hot.
