2.Fenugreek leaves
4.Corn flour
6.Coriander leaves
7.Ginger garlic paste
8.Salt to taste
9.Turmeric powder
10.Red chilli powder
11.Oil for deep frying


1.Heat sufficient oil for deep frying.
2.Take a deep bowl add in red chilli powder,ginger garlic paste,turmeric powder,salt,fenugreek leaves,pudina,coriander,spinach,corn flour,egg and mix well all the ingredients.
3.Now prepare small patties and drop them in hot oil and deep fry till golden brown colour and crisp.Transfer into a bowl and serve hot.
