Vegetarian Keema Matar

Ingredients:

1.Soya granules
2.Onions chopped
3.Oil
4.Salt to taste
5.Turmeric powder
6.Coriander leaves
7.Pudina leaves
8.Ginger garlic paste
9.Green chillies chopped
10.Green peas
11.Red chilli powder
12.Cumin powder
13.Coriander powder
14.Garam masala powder
15.Tomatoes chopped

Preparation:

1.Take a pan pour some oil and heat it,add chopped onions,salt and saute till nice golden colour.
2.Add turmeric powder,chopped coriander leaves,pudina leaves and mix well.Fry for few minutes till crisp.
3.Add ginger garlic paste and mix well till raw smell goes off.Add green chillies,green peas and give it a good mix.
4.Add red chilli powder,cumin powder,coriander powder,garam masala powder,tomatoes chopped and mix well.Cook for 2-3 minutes till tomatoes are soft and pulpy.
5.Add some water as required and mix it,cook for few minutes on medium flame.
6.Finally add soya granules to the pan and give it a good stir.Cover and cook for another 5 minutes till done.Transfer into a bowl and serve hot with roti or phulkas.
