Goli Bhaat

Ingredients:

1.Mutton mince 1 cup
2.Basmati rice 2 cups soaked
3.Salt to taste
4.Kolhapuri masala 1 tbsp
5.Coriander leaves 2 tbsp
6.Garlic chopped 1 tbsp
7.Ginger chopped 1 tbsp
8.Green chillies 2 finely chopped
9.Turmeric powder 1/2 tbsp
10.Red chilli powder 1 tbsp
11.Pepper corns 4-5
12.Cinnamon stick 1 inch
13.Cloves 4-5
14.Oil 3 tbsp
15.Onion 1 large sliced
16.Ginger garlic green chilli paste 1 tbsp
17.Garam masala powder 1 tbsp

Preparation:

1.Blend mutton mince,salt,kolhapuri masala,coriander leaves,garlic,ginger,green chilli,turmeric powder,red chilli powder,half the pepper corns,half the cinnamon stick,cloves into a dough consistency.
2.Heat a non-stick pan add in 1 tbsp oil,add in onion sliced and saute till brown colour.
3.Now divide the mutton dough small equal portions and prepare small balls and add to the frying pan.
4.Cover and cook 2-5 minutes till balls are cooked well.Remove the lid and stir gently.Cover and cook on medium heat for 2-3 minutes.Switch off the heat.
5.Heat remaining oil in another pan,add pepper corns,cinnamon stick,cloves,ginger garlic green chilli paste and mix well,add rice and mix well.
6.Add salt to taste,garam masala powder and mix well.Add 4 cups of boiling water,stir to mix.Cover and cook for 2-3 minutes till rice is half done.
7.Add cooked mutton balls and mix well gently,Cover and cook on low heat for 2-3 minutes till rice is fully cooked.Garnish with coriander leaves and serve hot.
