Tandoori Chicken


1.Chicken leg pieces
2.Lemon juice
3.Chilli sauce
4.Tomato sauce
5.Salt to taste
6.Turmeric powder
7.Red Chilli powder
8.Corn flour
10.Oil for deep frying


1.Marinate chicken with lemon juice,turmeric powder,red chilli powder,salt,turmeric powder,soya & chilli sauce,1 egg white,corn flour 1/2 cup.
2.After marinating refrigerate the chicken for 30 minutes.
3.Meanwhile heat sufficient oil for deep frying,gently drop the leg pieces in hot oil and deep fry.
4.Keep turning in between and cook evenly on both sides till nice golden brown color.Transfer into a serving plate and garnish with coriander leaves.Serve hot.
