Gasagasala Curry


2.Cashew nuts
3.Onion chopped
4.Green chillies
5.Garam masala powder
6.Curry leaves
8.Turmeric powder
9.Salt to taste
10.Red chilli powder


1.Take a pan pour some oil and butter,melt it,add in chopped onions,green chillies and salt.Fry for few minutes.
2.Add curry leaves,red chilli powder and mix well.Add 1 cup of the paste to the pan,saute for few minutes.
3.Add garam masala powder 1/2 tbsp and saute.cover and cook for 3-4 minutes.
4.Cook till done,transfer into a separate bowl and garnish with coriander leaves.
