Stuffed Moong Paratha


1.Green moong dal
2.Bombay ravva
5.Onion chopped
6.Green chillies
7.Curry leaves
8.Chaat masala powder
9.Garam masala powder
10.Cumin seeds
11.Coriander leaves
12.Ginger garlic paste
13.Salt to taste


1.Take a pan pour some oil,ghee and heat it.Add in cumin,mustard seeds,hing,ginger garlic paste and saute.
2.Add curry leaves,onions,green chillies and mix well,sprinkle some chaat masala powder,cumin powder.
3.Add finely chopped pudina leaves,garam masala powder,coriander leaves and saute for few minutes.
4.Now add boiled and cooked moong dal to the pan and give it a good stir.
5.Transfer the mixture into a bowl.Prepare a smooth dough with maida,curd,salt,bombay ravva,ghee and rest aside for 1 hour.
6.Meanwhile heat a skillet,roll the dough balls into small puris and place the moong stuff and close the edges.
7.Roll them into a thin layered paratha and cook on flat skillet.Keep flipping in between and cook evenly by greasing some ghee on both sides.Remove from the heat and serve hot.
