Mutton Masala Hyderabadi style


2.Onion chopped
3.Coriander leaves chopped
4.Whole garam masala
5.Ginger garlic paste
6.Coriander powder
7.Cumin powder
8.Sesame seeds
9.Cashew nuts
11.Dry coconut
12.Salt to taste
13.Green chillies chopped
14.Mutton stock


1.Firstly blend cashew nuts,sesame seeds,dry coconut,peanuts into a smooth paste.
2.Take a pan pour some oil and heat it,add in whole garam masala,bay leaf,finely chopped onion,salt and saute till golden color.
3.Add green chillies chopped,pudina,coriander leaves chopped and saute,fry till leaves turn slightly crisp.
ginger garlic paste,cumin,coriander powder and saute,add in ground
paste and mix well evenly.Cook on medium heat for few minutes till
mixture releases oil on sides of pan.
5.Add 1 bowl of mutton
stock,curd and cook for 20-25 minutes.Add boiled mutton,cover and cook
for another 5 minutes.Cook till done.Transfer into a bowl and serve hot.
