Gulab Jam(Maidapindi)

Ingredients:

1.Maida
2.Sugar
3.Curd
4.Baking soda
5.Ghee
6.Oil

Preparation:

1.Take a bowl add maida,baking soda,ghee and mix well with curd until it turns into a dough mixture.
2.Prepare small rolls with the dough mixture and keep aside.
3.Heat sufficient oil for deep frying,drop the balls in hot oil and deep fry till nice golden colour.
4.Meanwhile prepare sugar syrup on another side in a pan,keep stirring the mixture continuously.
5.Finally drop the fried balls in sugar syrup and soak for 5-10 min and serve.
