3.Green chilli paste

1.Take a bowl add 2 cups curd to 1 cup water and mix well till it attains smooth texture.
in turmeric powder,carrot grated 2 tbsp,coriander leaves 2 tbsp,green
chilli paste 1 1/2 tbsp,grated ginger 1 tbsp and mix well evenly.
another pan add 3 tbsp oil and heat it,add tempering seeds and saute
for few seconds till they turn in light golden color.Pour on curd
mixture and mix well.
4.Meanwhile heat sufficient oil for deep frying.
5.In a bowl add in besan flour 2 cups,salt to taste and water,mix well and prepare a smooth batter consistency.
6.Add in soaked meal maker in batter and gently drop them in hot oil and deep fry.
7.Fry till golden color and transfer into curd mixture,rest the mixture for about 1 hour.Serve chilled.
