Rajma Pasta Curry


1.Rajma soaked overnight and cooked for 4 whistles
4.Garlic cloves
5.Onion chopped
6.Green,Yellow & Red Capsicum
7.Tomatoes chopped
8.Red Chilli paste
10.Tomato sauce
11.Coriander leaves
12.Salt to taste


1.Heat a pan,melt some butter.
2.Add in pepper corns,garlic cloves sliced 1 tbsp,onion chopped 1 cup and saute till onions are translucent.
3.Add 3 colors capsicum cut into thin strips and mix well,stir fry for few seconds.
4.Add tomatoes chopped and cook till soft and tender.Add in red chilli paste 1/2 tbsp,salt to taste and give it a stir.
add boiled rajma 1 cup,pasta 2 cups and mix well.Add in tomato sauce
1/2 cup and stir fry for few seconds.Cover and cook for 5 minutes till
6.Finally give it a stir and remove from heat,transfer into a bowl,garnish with coriander leaves.Serve hot.
