Chinese Gold Coins

Ingredients:

1.Potatoes boiled and mashed
2.Onions chopped
3.Capsicum chopped
4.Green chillies chopped
5.Garlic cloves
6.Ajinomoto (Tasting salt)
7.Pepper powder
8.Bread slices cut into circles
9.Sesame seeds
10.Corn four
11.Salt to taste
12.Oil for deep frying

Preparation:

1.Take
a bowl add in boiled and mashed potato mixture,add in onion
chopped,capsicum,green chillies,garlic cloves,ajinomoto,pepper
powder,salt and mix well all the ingredients evenly.
2.Meanwhile heat sufficient oil for deep frying.
3.Take a bread slice and cover it with potato mixture all over evenly.
4.Coat
the slice with some sesame seeds and roll them in dry corn flour and
set aside.Repeat the same process for other bread slices.
5.Gently
drop them n hot oil and deep fry till golden colour.Flip on both sides
and cook evenly.Drain onto a strainer and remove excess oil.Serve hot
with tomato sauce.
