Bachali Aaku Bajji Chaat

Ingredients:

1.Bachali Aakulu
2.Besan flour
3.Coriander leaves
4.Tamarind pulp
5.Pudina
6.Green chillies
7.Onion chopped
8.Honey
9.Sugar
10.Carrot grated
11.Sev
12.Curd
13.Tomatoes chopped
14.Chat masala powder
15.Corn flour
16.Vaamu
17.Salt to taste
18.Red chilli powder
19.Oil for deep frying

Preparation:

1.Take a bowl add in besan flour,corn flour,red chilli powder,vaamu,salt with water and prepare a thick batter consistency.
2.Heat sufficient oil for deep frying.
3.Now dip the bachali leaves in besan batter and drop them in hot oil.
4.Fry till light golden and transfer into a separate plate.
5.In a bowl add curd, honey 2 tbsp,sugar 2 tbsp and mix well.Drizzle some mixture on fried bajjis.
6.Prepare green chutney with coriander,pudina leaves,salt and  blend well.Drizzle on fried bajjis.

tamarind pulp blended with dates.Sprinkle onion chopped,green
chillies,carrot grated,tomato chopped,sev,chaat masala powder.Garnish
with coriander,pudina leaves.Serve immediately.
