3.Carrot grated
4.Cucumber grated
5.Pomegranate seeds
6.Coriander leaves
7.Cashew nuts
8.Tempering seeds
9.Dry red chillies
10.Salt to taste


1.Take a pan add in 1 cup oats and dry roast for few minutes.
2.Add the roasted oats mixture in 3 cups of curd and add some salt.Rest the mixture to soak for about 20 minutes.
3.Add grated carrot,cucumber grated,pomegranate seeds,coriander leaves,green chillies finely chopped,cashew nuts and mix well evenly.
4.Take a small ladle or pan pour some oil and heat it.
5.Add tempering seeds,dried red chillies and saute till golden brown,off the stove and remove from the flame.
6.Transfer into oats mixture and give it a good mix,sprinkle some pepper corns,coriander leaves and serve.
