2.Rice flour
3.Tempering seeds
4.Onion chopped
5.Green chillies
6.Curry leaves
7.Coriander leaves
8.Turmeric powder
9.Salt to taste


1.Take a pan pour 1 cup of water and bring it to boil.
2.Meanwhile prepare a smooth dough by adding in rice flour,salt and water.
3.Now prepare round balls from the dough and drop them in boiling water and bring it to boil.
4.Add 1/2 tbsp oil to the boiling content this process is for avoid sticking.
5.Cook for 15 minutes till soft.Transfer the balls into a separate bowl and rest the mixture to cool.
6.Transfer the balls into curd mixture and soak for about 4 hours.
7.Meanwhile take another pan pour some oil and heat it.
8.Add in tempering seeds and saute till light golden.Add onion chopped,green chillies,curry leaves,coriander leaves,pinch of turmeric powder,salt and fry for few minutes.
9.Finally transfer the curd mixture to fried content and mix well evenly.Cook for 2-3 minutes and remove from the stove,transfer into a bowl and garnish with fried curry leaves.Serve hot.
