2.Tempering seeds
3.Ginger garlic paste
4.Garlic cloves
5.Green chillies
6.Cumin,fenugreek powder
7.Besan flour
8.Sesame powder
9.Turmeric powder
10.Salt to taste


1.Take a pan pour some oil and heat it.
2.Add in tempering seeds,curry leaves,ginger garlic paste and saute for a minute.
3.Add slit green chillies,tamarind pulp (chinthakaya stew) 1 cup,turmeric powder,salt to taste,garlic cloves and mix well.Bring it to boil.
3.Take a bowl add besan flour,water and mix well,prepare a thick batter consistency without forming any lumps.
4.Add in besan mixture to the boiling content and mix well,if need we can add some water if it thickens.
5.Cover and cook till done.Finally add sesame powder 1 cup and give it a good stir.Transfer into a bowl serve hot rice flour dosa or rice.
