Mutton Kadi

Ingredients:

1.Mutton (boiled with ginger garlic paste,salt,turmeric powder and cook for 5 whistles)
2.Curd 1 cup
3.Besan flour
4.Onion chopped
5.Green chillies chopped
6.Coriander powder
7.Tomatoes chopped
8.Ginger
9.Coriander leaves
10.Salt to taste
11.Turmeric powder 1/2 tbsp
12.Red chilli powder 2 tbsp
13.Oil

Preparation:

1.Take a bowl add in curd,besan flour,turmeric powder,red chilli powder,salt to taste,masala paste (onions,green chillies,coriander seeds) and mix well with water and prepare a thick consistency.
2.Take a pan pour some oil and heat it.Add in cumin/mustard seeds and saute.
3.Add in onion diced,tomato chopped 1 and mix well.Cook till soft.
4.Add in curd mixture and some water,mix well.
5.Add boiled mutton and cook till done.Till it attains thick consistency.
6.Transfer into a bowl,garnish with coriander leaves.Serve hot.
