Sweet Samosa


1.Maida 1 cup
2.Sugar 2 cup
4.Cooking soda
5.Oil for deep frying


1.Prepare a smooth dough with maida by adding pinch of baking soda,milk 1/2 cup.Rest aside for 1hour.
2.Take a pan pour some water,add sugar 2 cups and mix well.Bring it to boil and prepare sugar syrup.
3.On another side heat sufficient oil for deep frying.
4.Knead the dough,divide the dough into small equal portions and prepare roundels.
5.Roll them into chapathis and cut into 2 halves with knife.
6.Shape into a triangle and deep fry till light golden colour,till chapathi puffs up.
7.Now dip the fried chapathis in sugar syrup and remove immediately.Serve hot.
