Egg Samosa


2.Onion chopped
3.Carrot chopped
4.Capsicum chopped
5.Ginger garlic paste
6.Coriander powder
7.Coriander leaves
8.Turmeric powder
9.Salt to taste
10.Red chilli powder


1.Take a flat pan drizzle some oil,add onion chopped 1 cup,carrot 1/2 cup,capsicum 1/2 cup and saute for few minutes.
2.Add salt to taste,ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp,turmeric powder a pinch,red chilli powder 1/2 tbsp,fry on medium flame.
3.Meanwhile break 3 eggs and whisk it,now add fried mixture into it and mix well evenly.
4.Add some coriander powder,mix well.
5.In the same pan add some more oil and heat it.
6.Now spread the omlet mixture on pan all over and cook,drizzle some oil around omlet,cook on medium flame.
7.Gently roll the omlet in opposite direction and cut into triangle pieces like samosa with a knife or fork.Transfer into a plate,serve hot.
