1.Cashew nuts(200gms) soaked and grinded into a paste
5.Cardamom powder


1.Take a pan add cashew nut paste 1 cup,some water and keep stirring without forming any lumps.
2.Cook for 5 minutes till it attains thick consistency,add 1 tbsp kova and mix well again and keep stirring without sticking to the bottom of pan.
3.Add sugar as we needed and keep stirring till the sugar melts evenly.
4.Add 1/2 tbsp cardamom powder and mix well,off the transfer the mixture onto a greased plate with ghee.
5.Spread evenly all over the plate,rest the mixture to cool and cut into desired shapes and serve.
