Ingredients:

1.Roasted peanuts powder (soaked & grinded with green chillies,salt,ginger)
2.Ginger chopped
3.Green chillies
4.Tamarind juice
5.Besan flour
6.Fruit salt
7.Curd
8.Jaggery
9.Pudina
10.Coriander leaves
11.Cumin powder
12.Lemon juice
13.Salt to taste
14.Oil

Preparation:

1.Heat sufficient oil for deep frying.
2.Take a bowl add powdered peanut 1/2 cup,besan flour 4 tbsp,fruit salt 1/2 tbsp,salt to taste and mix well with water as we needed,prepare a smooth dough.
3.Prepare small round cutlets on your palms and gently drop in hot oil and deep fry,keep turning the cutlets and fry evenly on both the sides.
4.Fry till golden brown colour and transfer onto a paper napkin,remove excess oil.
5.Now dip fried vadas in water and squeeze excess from it and set aside.
6.Add some sugar in curd mixture,and spread on vadas,in the same process add sweet chutney,pudina chutney on top.Sprinkle some cumin powder on top.
7.Garnish with coriander leaves and serve cold.
