Ullikada Pappu Chekkalu


1.Spring onions chopped
2.Moong dal soaked
3.Rice flour
5.Coriander seeds
6.Cumin seeds
7.Green chillies
8.Sesame seeds
9.Coriander leaves
10.Salt to taste
11.Jowar flour
12.Oil for deep frying


1.Take a bowl add 2 cups rice flour,1 cup spring onions,3 tbsp jowar flour,peanuts powder(Cumin seeds,green chillies,garlic cloves,coriander seeds)moong dal soaked 1 cup,4 tbsp sesame seeds,coriander leaves,salt and mix well evenly all the ingredients with water as we needed.
2.Heat sufficient oil for deep frying.
3.Prepare round dumplings from the mixture,grease some butter on a plastic cover and press gently into a small size chapathi.
4.Gently drop them in hot oil and deep fry,fry till golden colour.Drain them onto a paper napkin.Serve hot..!!!!
