Palak Kaju Cutlet

Palak Kaju Cutlet


1.Spinach finely chopped 1 cup
2.Potatoes boiled 3
3.Crushed cashews 1/2 cup
4.Green chillies 2
5.Ginger chopped 1 tbsp
6.Salt to taste
7.Chat masala powder 1 tbsp
8.Ghee 2 tbsp


1.Take a pan add 2 tbsp ghee and melt it.
2.Add green chillies,ginger chopped and saute for a minute.
3.Add finely chopped spinach and mix well,fry for few minutes till its tender.
4.Add cashews,mashed and boiled potatoes,salt,chat masala powder and mix well.Off the stove,rest the mixture to cool.
5.Transfer the mixture into a bowl,take a pan/skillet drizzle some ghee and spread all over.
6.Prepare round cutlets and place them on pan.
7.Cook until golden colour by flipping on both sides evenly,transfer onto a plate.Serve hot..!!!!
