Makhani Gravy

Ingredients:

1.Cauliflower
2.Tomatoes
3.Beans
4.Potatoes
5.Green peas
6.Carrot
7.Onions
8.Kasoori methi
9.Whole garam masala
10.Ginger garlic paste
11.Salt to taste
12.Red chilli powder
13.Garam masala powder
14.Coriander,Cumin seeds powder
15.Watermelon seeds
16.Cashew nuts
17.Oil

Preparation:

1.Heat some oil in a pan,add whole garam masala,ginger garlic paste and saute.
2.Add onions and mix well,saute till nice golden colour.
3.Add tomatoes,saute till tender.Now add salt,red chilli powder,coriander and cumin powder,garam masala powder and fry for few minutes.Switch off the flame and keep aside.
4.Heat some oil in a pan,add onion paste (onions,watermelon seeds,cashew nuts) and mix well.Cook for few minutes.
5.Add kadhai masala to the frying pan and mix well,add cooked boiled veggies and give it a good mix.
6.Add red chilli powder,coriander,cumin seeds,garam masala powder,kasoori methi and mix well.Cover and cook for 10 min till done.Transfer into a bowl and serve hot.
