Veg Dahi Sandwich


1.Curd 1/4 cup
2.Cucumber pieces 1/4 cup
3.Tomatoes chopped 1/4 cup deseeded
4.Carrot grated
5.Green chillies 2
6.Salt to taste
7.Coriander leaves
8.Brown Bread Slices 4
9.Butter 1 tbsp


1.Take a bowl add curd,salt,cucumber pieces,tomatoes,carrot grated,green chillies,coriander leaves and mix well evenly.
2.Heat a pan on medium flame.
3.Grease butter on bread slices and fry on skillet/pan for few minutes till it changes its colour lightly.
4.Now place the curd mixture on bread slice and spread evenly all over,place another bread slice on top and cut into triangles.Serve cold...!!!
