Chana Mirchi Cutlet


1.Kabuli chana 1 cup
2.Ripened Chillies 1/4 cup
3.Salt to taste
4.Oil 4 tbsp
5.Coriander leaves 1 bunch
6.Carrot grated 1/4 cup
7.Corn flour 2 tbsp
8.Chat masala powder 1 tbsp
9.Potatoes boiled 1/4 cup
10.Green chillies chopped 3
11.Bread powder 1/2 cup


1.Take a bowl add mashed kabuli chana,pandu mirchi chopped,coriander leaves,carrot grated,corn flour,bread powder,chat masala powder,boiled and mashed potatoes,green chillies finely chopped,salt and mix well evenly.
2.Take small amount of mixture in your palms and prepare round and thin layered cutlets.Coat the cutlets with bread powder and keep aside.
3.Heat a pan/skillet drizzle some oil.
4.Place the cutlets on pan,fry the cutlets till golden colour.Keep flipping on both the sides till done,cook till crisp.Serve hot..!!!
