Kanda Vellulli Karam Fry

Ingredients:

1.Kanda
2.Tamarind
3.Garlic
4.Curry leaves
5.Salt to taste
6.Red chilli powder
7.Tempering seeds
8.Turmeric powder
9.Oil

Preparation:

1.Heat a pan,add kanda pieces,oil,soaked rice water and cook till tender.Place vistharaaku on top.Cover and cook.
2.Heat some oil in a pan,add tempering seeds,curry leaves,kanda pieces and mix well.
3.Add salt,tamarind pulp,turmeric powder and give it a mix.Add garlic red chilli paste to the frying pan and mix well.
4.Cook for another few minutes and serve hot.
