Methi Oats Tomato Salad
2.Oats powder 2 tbsp
3.Milk 1 cup
4.Tomatoes chopped 3
5.Green chillies 2
6.Salt to taste
7.Sugar a pinch
1.Take a pan add milk,oats powder and mix well.Cook for few minutes till it attains thick consistency.Keep stirring on a medium flame and off the stove.
2.Transfer into a bowl and rest the mixture to cool.
3.Add salt,green chillies finely chopped,sugar,kasoori methi and mix well evenly.
4.Add seedless tomato pieces and mix well.Rest the mixture for 30 minutes and garnish with carrot grated.
