Oats Chanagapappu Payasam

Ingredients:

1.Chana Dal 1/4 cup boiled
2.Oats powder 1/2 cup
3.Milk 1/2 liter
4.Jaggery 1/4 cup
5.Dry fruits 20 gms
6.Ghee 2 tbsp
7.Cardamom powder 1 tbsp

Preparation:

1.Take a pan pour 1 tbsp ghee,fry dry fruits till golden,transfer into a bowl.
2.In the same pan add 1 tbsp ghee,add boiled chana dal fry for few minutes.
3.Add oats powder and give it a good mix.
4.Add boiled and cooled milk and mix well.Add cardamom powder,jaggery grated.Cook till jaggery melts and attains thick consistency.
5.Transfer into a bowl and garnish with dry fruits.Serve hot..!!
