Minapappu Masala Vada


1.Urad dal 1 cup
2.Moong dal 1/2 cup
3.Green chillies 6
4.Salt to taste
5.Sesame seeds 1 tbsp
6.Chana dal 1/2 cup
7.Vaamu 1/2 tbsp
8.Spinach chopped 1 cup
9.Pudina leaves
10.Coriander leaves
11.Curry leaves
12.Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
13.Turmeric powder a pinch
14.Oil for deep frying


1.Overnite Process:Soak all the 3 dals (Urad, Chana, Moong) overnight.
2.Grind roughly soaked dal,green chillies,salt,turmeric powder.
into a bowl and add spinach leaves chopped,pudina leaves,coriander
leaves,ginger garlic paste,sesame seeds,vaamu,curry leaves and mix well
4.Heat sufficient oil for deep frying.
5.Prepare small
vadas on your palms,genty drop them in hot oil and deep fry till golden
colour.Transfer onto a paper napkin and serve hot..!!!
