Oats Pesara Payasam


1.Moong dal boiled and mashed 1/2 cup
2.Ghee 2 tbsp
3.Dry fruits 20 gms
4.Oats 1/2 cup
5.Milk 1/4 ltr
6.Jaggery grated 1/2 cup
7.Dry ginger powder


1.Take a pan pour some ghee,melt it.
2.Fry dry fruits till golden and transfer into a bowl
3.In the same pan add oats saute till light golden colour,add moong dal paste and mix well by adding milk.
4.Bring it to boil,add jaggery and mix well till it melts compltely.
5.Cook for few minutes and add dry ginger powder and mix well.Transfer into a bowl,garnish with dried dry fruits..serve hot..!!!
