1.Rice cooked 1 cup
2.Pepper corns roughly crushed 2 tbsp
3.Ghee 2 tbsp
4.Tempering seeds 1 tbsp
5.Curry leaves
6.Cashew nuts
7.Lemon juice 2 tbsp
8.Turmeric powder 1/4 tbsp
9.Salt to taste


1.Take a pan pour some ghee,melt it.
2.Add tempering seeds,curry leaves,cashew nuts,pepper corns and saute for 1 minute.
3.Add turmeric powder,salt and mix well.
4.Now add cooked rice and mix well evenly.Off the stove and add lemon juice and sprinkle some pepper corns roughly crushed on top.Transfer into a bowl and serve hot..!!!
