Dahi Kobbari Chutney


1.Coconut grated 1 cup
2.Curd 1 cup
3.Green chillies grated
4.Curry leaves
5.Asofetida a pinch
6.Coriander leaves
7.Tempering seeds
8.Dry red chillies
9.Carrot grated for garnishing
10.Salt to taste
11.Turmeric powder a pinch


1.Take a bowl add coconut grated,curd,salt,green chillies grated and mix well and add little amount of water.
2.Take a pan pour some oil add dry red chillies,tempering seeds,curry leaves,asofetida,turmeric powder and mix it with curd.
3.Give it a fine mix and garnish with carrot grated and coriander leaves.
