Sanagapappu Gummadikaya Boorelu

Ingredients:

1.Chana dal
2.Gummadikaya
3.Jaggery
4.Cardamom
5.Rice
6.Urad dal
7.Salt to taste
8.Sugar
9.Oil

Preparation:

1.Boil gummadikaya pieces,soaked chana dal in a pan,cook till done.
2.Now add jaggery to the boiling pan and mix well.Keep mixing the mixture until jaggery melts evenly.
3.Add some cardamom powder and mix well,cook for 10 min.Once done mash well and keep aside.
4.Soak rice and urad dal for 3 hours,blend well into a fine paste.
5.Prepare round balls with chana dal mixture,meanwhile heat sufficient oil for deep frying.
6.Dip the balls in batter and gently drop in hot oil and deep fry till nice golden colour,serve hot.
