Ingredients:

1.Potatoes boiled and mashed 1 cup
2.Cardamom powder
3.Sugar 1/2 cup
4.Badam grated
5.Oil for deep frying
6.Urad flour 1 cup
7.Rice flour 2 tbsp
8.Salt

Preparation:

1.Take a bowl add boiled and mashed potatoes,sugar,cardamom powder,grated badam and mix well.
2.In another bowl add urad flour,rice flour,salt and mix well by adding water,prepare thick batter.
3.Take a pan pour sufficient oil for deep frying,heat it.
4.Now prepare potato mixture into round balls and dip them in batter,slowly drop them in hot oil and deep fry till golden.Repeat the same process.
5.Drain the excess oil on paper napkin and serve hot..
