Kova Bobbatlu

Ingredients:

1.Maida 1 cup
2.Sugar powder 2 tbsp
3.Cardamom powder 1/2 tbsp
4.Ghee
5.Kova 1/2 cup
6.Salt a pinch

Preparation:

1.Take a bowl add maida,salt and mix well by adding some water.Prepare a soft and smooth dough.
2.Take another bowl add kova,sugar powder,cardamom powder and mix well.Keep aside.
3.Now divide the dough into equal portions,prepare small round balls.
4.Roll them into small chapathi and place the kova mixture in the middle and enclose it and remove the excess dough.
5.Flatten the filled ball and dust with chapati flour and gently roll out.
6.Heat a pan on stove,place the puran poli (bobbatlu) on hot tawa and allow it to cook on one side by applying some ghee.
7.Flip it over and allow it to cook on the other side.Serve hot..!!
